Yesterday I reported about the steel, today I will write about the concret.
First of all we had to casing the anchorage. For this my best used OSBs.
In August, at the hottest Friday of the year the concret came. Because all others construction zones didn’t want to have the concret due to the heat we got it in noon. (There were nearly 40°C?) It was unbelievable hot…
Our daughter had to wet it all, so the concret should not stick at the boards and bricks.
At the first pillar the force of the concret was really big, so the construction broke. That’s why we all stacked bricks at the sides (every brick has 30kg) to stabilize it.
My best had to wet it again, just so that it didn’t dry it out so much.
